Precautions have been taken
to prevent this puppy from acquiring problems common for the breed, such as hip
dysplasia or heart and eye conditions as determined by the Golden Retriever Club
of America. However, due to complex genetic interactions and environmental
factors beyond my control, I can not guarantee that this puppy will be free of
genetic disorders. In the event that the
puppy/dog is determined to be severely dysplastic or have severe heart or eye
conditions up to 12 months of age, seller will refund the purchase price
(excluding the puppy deposit if any), or give a replacement puppy from the next

lead a normal and active lifestyle and be a wonderful pet.
The hip x-rays must be submitted to the Orthopedic Foundation for Animals for
evaluation and a copy of the OFA results must be supplied to the breeder. In the
event that the puppy/dog is determined to have severe heart conditions, the
owner must have a complete cardiac exam preformed by a board certified
cardiologist, which includes a chest x-ray, EKG and ultrasound. It is important
to note that not every murmur heard in a puppy signifies disease. Some are
innocent murmurs that dissipate as the puppy grows. A letter from the
Cardiologist must be supplied to the breeder. The owner must also have the
pup/dog spayed or neutered. The breeder shall not be responsible for any
veterinarian expenses incurred buy the buyer. The breeder also reserves the
